Before we start

What does the free build include?

One suitable automation with an agreed scope: what it does, which systems it connects, and how we’ll test it. Extra features are agreed separately. We confirm any third-party charges before starting.

What will it cost after the trial?

There isn’t a single price for every workflow. I’ll give you a monthly price before the build, with support and any separate software or usage costs explained. You can cancel before the 30-day trial ends.

Will I have to change software?

We start with the tools you use. Sometimes their built-in features are enough; sometimes a connection between them helps. I’ll check what your software and subscription actually allow before proposing a build.

Does it need AI, or send things without me?

Many useful automations just follow clear rules. We only add AI if it helps with a specific task, and agree how its output is checked. We also agree which actions happen automatically and which wait for you to approve them.

Where would my automation run?

It depends on the workflow. It might run inside Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or software you already use, or on a managed cloud service for a custom connection. The example pages show possible setups. Hosting, account ownership, data access and costs are agreed for your project.

How is my information handled on this website?

When you submit the form, Cloudflare processes your business name, email address and message and delivers the enquiry to my Microsoft 365 inbox. I use those details to reply and discuss your request. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and connection information to help prevent spam. This website has no advertising or analytics trackers, and does not store a separate database of enquiries. Cloudflare also processes connection data to host and secure the website. Please don’t include passwords or sensitive customer information.
