Writing the automation is only part of the job. It also needs to run reliably, handle missing information, and make it clear when something needs your attention. That’s where my development and DevOps background comes in: building the connection and thinking through how it will work day to day.
I’ll look at the whole task with you: where the information starts, who needs it next, what gets copied, and what happens when a step goes wrong. Then I’ll suggest a focused improvement we can test in your business.

AI can help with less structured work, such as summarising an enquiry or preparing a first draft. I’ll agree what it can access, how its output is checked and where a person needs to make the decision.
